Over the weekend my boyfriend decided it would be a good idea to take me camping, so of course I decided this may be a good source of inspiration as well as an entertaining blog post!
So I decided to record my trip in order to show everyone what a fun and challenging experience this was, especially for me. (I am environmentally challenged)
Step 1: Look the Part: I went to Bass Pro Shop to stock up on some camping attire 
I must admit some of the pieces were pretty cute as separates, but when put all together I kinda looked like a lumber jack, big change from my regular attire.
Step 2: Fix your Hair - Your going to be in the wilderness, so you want your hair to stay as pretty as possible for as long as possible..
Step 3: Be in Good Company - My little monster Codie came with me and my boyfriend. Its important to have fun with people who will appreciate every moment. Also it helps to have someone who knows how to survive in the wild, thanks Babe.
Step 4: Find a Camp Site - This was interesting, we had fun picking a spot in Juniper Springs it is more like resort camping, but hey you still sleep outside! Only there are bathrooms and showers if you need them!
Step 5: You could still be fashionable! I may have not worn my typical attire but I did have some fun with some fur hats and cool cut off gloves! I also found that clips are the most useful things. I had thing clipped to me everywhere!!! Note to self for the next line... Maybe we will have some functional clips??
Step 7 - Try to sleep! - Over all have a good time! If you have good company, it doesn't matter where you sleep. Of course, you may not do much sleeping because of all the animal noises and weird sounds you are going to hear at night, but a little scare now and then is good!

Step 8- Have fun - You may not ever experience living out in the wild, understanding what it takes to survive without the everyday necessities that we take for granted is a real eye opener! Of course have fun, we sure did! Here are some photos we took!

Your hair.. IS GORGEOUS. Wow. If I had hair like that, I'd never wear it up. Ever. It'd be flaunted everywhere and I'd toss my head around like the models do in the Pantene commercials. "Oh, this tousled mane? I woke up this morning and it just looked like this! Swear!"
